Shannon’s Classes
Shannon trained at and received her teacher-certification from Kripalu Yoga Center in 2007. The Sanskrit word Kripalu means compassion, and this is at the heart of Shannon’s teaching. Her classes begin with a short meditation to establish mindful breathing, and then you’ll move at the pace of your breath, slow and steady. This is yoga as self-care and sanctuary: a practice that restores your spirit, reconnects you to your wholeness, and calms your heart and mind. Learning to step on to your mat and show up for yourself, exactly as you are, is a practice in self-acceptance that leads to greater resilience and ease. Yoga teaches us to rejoice in this moment and this breath. In this subtle way, yoga points us down the path to joy.

Yoga for Ease is about creating space. You'll deepen your breath, warm up your joints, fire up your muscles, improve your balance, and then relax into your mat and let it all go. All levels welcome. Including new students. In studio or online at Google Meet.
